Track Name: Nighttime Animals
A life of two personalities.
One day, one night.
Different paths; different realities.
The mystery is
which one; which I'll choose to be.

If you knew me at night,
would you know me by day?
Would our paths still intertwine?

If you knew me at day,
should you know me at night?
Should our paths still intertwine?

In a room lit from below,
I see a picture.
It isn't quite me;
silly duplicity.
When you find
what...what you want to be,
I'll still be here looking,...looking for me.

Nighttime creatures
with heavenly features
spend their nights obsessing about their days.

Nighttime creatures
with heavenly features
spend their nights living out their days.

Nighttime creatures
with heavenly features
spend their nights living out their days.
Track Name: Sexbot
I wake up dead, alone in my bed.
Sexbot says, "Please be still."
The red lights slowly come on,
as the night lights turn to dawn.

Your submission is its mission
to put you into a new position.

My blood army heads down to the war.
The sharpest knife is in my drawers.
Its whole body is an erogenous zone,
as we venture into the unknown.

Your submission is its mission
to put you into a new position.

Don't crash it baby, no time to be reboot it.
First we connected, but now I'm polluted.
Sexbot lets me sleep more easy,
because it knows just how to please me.

Your submission is its mission
To put you into a new position.

People can be coded, their vices betray them.
Sexbot is better than any real hu-man.
It's cold love won't deceive.
You can log out, but you can never leave.

Your submission is its mission
To put you into a new position.
Track Name: 750
Some late night, under the city lights,
I drive out and leave it all behind.
Rush straight down IV-319;
trying to feel that I'm alive tonight.

Under the moonlight, past the city lines,
driving fast, ignoring all the signs.
Uturn around to find another way,
speeding down the highway.

7-5-0
Down the road.
7-5-0
So it goes.

As you get even, I get odder.
You get lost, and pull over.
I stop only to wonder,
why did I bother?

7-5-0
Down the road.
7-5-0
So it goes.
Track Name: Dirt
It gets to the point
where winning isn't victory;
wars aren't worth fighting
and there's nothing new to see.

A prisoner of humanity;
nearly nothing left in store.
Don't sell me an identity,
just give me something to ignore.

How much more can you want?
How much more do you need?
How much more can you take
to cure your disease?

I can't seem to care about
electronic punditry
and the endless listocracy
means absolutely nothing to me.

How much more can you want?
How much more do you need?
How much more can you take
to cure your disease?

Long down the dark path,
beyond the point of turning back,
past feeling vexed and hexed,
just wanting what comes next.

Always looking for something else,
coming from somewhere else.
Just hoping to find some piece of mind
and leave my worries far behind.

How much more can you want?
How much more do you need?
How much more can you take
to cure your disease?

Now, I wake into a world
escaping mediocrity;
See the bright lights
and bid farewell to apathy.

How much more can you want?
How much more do you need?
How much more can you take
to cure your disease?
Track Name: Fall
I'm the Watcher
hiding in plain sight.
Invisible when I want to be;
walking down streets unseen.

Through sidewalks, bars, storefronts with scaffolds,
corner, edges, exits with peepholes.

Black coats, grey skies,
cold stares and blank eyes.

We're visitors passing though time.
Voyeurs to a world in decline.
A world that fell away
from a gilded age.

I'm a Collector
tracking every facet of society.
Lost in a strange room;
surrounded by things that loom.

I would not, could not, should not believe it.
I saw it, fought it, could not defeat it.

Black coats, grey skies,
cold stares and blank eyes.

We're visitors passing though time.
Voyeurs to a world in decline.
A world that fell away
from a gilded age.

Come fall with me,
down through the centuries...

I'm a non-entity,
it wasn't what I meant to be,
and where I've come from
is slowly, fading, fading away.

I would not, could not, should not believe it.
I saw it, fought it, could not defeat it.

Black coats, grey skies
cold stares and blank eyes.
Track Name: Ocean
Split the line.
Test your fate.
Pushing the outer limits
of what, what you can take.

I'm still under the same stars
even though I've traveled so far.
Driven to the edge of unknown
paving a path all in chrome.

A long ways out,
deep undercover.
Accepting my own duality;
no one is who they want to be.

Vanishing without a trace
consumed by the ultimate chase.
Being a prisoner of your fate
is like being a moment too late.

Split the line.
Test your fate.
Pushing the outer limits
of what, what you can take.

Still under the same stars
even though I've traveled so far.
Driven to the edge of unknown
paving a path all in chrome.
Track Name: Legs
She's got legs,
she knows how to use them.
She never begs,
she knows how to choose them.
She's holding legs;
wonder if I could feel them?
Would you get behind them,
if you could only find them?

She's my lady.
She's my lady.
Yeah, she's got it right.

She's got hair,
down and easy.
She's kind of jet set,
hope she's not too sleazy.
Even when she's dancing,
she knows what to do.
Everybody wants to see,
see if she can use them.

She's so fine.
She's all mine.
Yeah, she's got it right.

She's got legs,
she knows to use them.
She never begs,
she knows how to choose them.
She's got a dime,
all of the time.
Stays out at night,
moving through time.

Oh I want her.
Said I have to have her.
Yeah, she's got it right.
Track Name: Pleasantly Surprised
Calling out repeatedly, the situation becomes clear.
Shifting into focus, slowly moving near to
the wide open spaces, leading from lonely places.
Driven by a distant hold, escaping the endless cold.

Out on the edge of demise,
I get a pleasant surprise.
The storm blows over
and I walk out the other side.

Twisting, twirling, overflowing, I see creatures in the dark light.
Circling my perimeter, as I walk the line at night.
Doubts waiting in the wings, surrounded by these far off things,
taunting from a distance, looming across the expanse.

Out on the edge of demise,
I get a pleasant surprise.
The storm blows over
and I walk out the other side.

Navigating a slippery slope
I have a glimmer of hope;
must keep trudging
through nature's cruel judging.

Coming out the indefinite, acting on the unforeseen.
Despite all the struggle, our efforts were redeemed.
Through the insurmountable, we sidestepped the impossible.
Fought through the winter to triumph again in the spring.
Track Name: Desolation
Treading through darkness, on a midnight stroll.
No one in sight, not a soul.
Insomnia leaves me never quite right;
after all I was born at night...night.

No one knows what the night will bring;
I find myself wondering.

Gravitating towards a passageway,
a once grand staircase leads the way.
Fallen again for the neon bait;
descending down towards my fate.

No one knows what the night will bring;
I find myself wandering.

Walk through the walls
as the curtain falls.
Time,
is on my side.

Through the curtains, the lines begin to blur.
Things appeared I had never seen or heard.
I should be scared, but my mind says otherwise,
even though I should fear for my demise.

Waltzing through time, we moved and twirled;
a regal soiree from another world.
A gathering for those who are never quite right
and now I tread home in the morning light...light.

No one knows what the night will bring;
I find myself wandering.

Walk through the walls
as the curtain falls.
Time,
is on my side.
Track Name: Since We Danced
There's a feeling I get looking past the lights,
out on the distant brim of forever.
It's the longing I regret, I regret.
Since we danced, since we danced,
it's been forever...forever.

Time has changed this place.
I'm not sure it's all for the better.
The memories are here no more.
Then we danced, then we danced
washed up on the shore.

A distant voice,
a quiet wind,
carries the song
into the waves, into the waves.

Between the 7th of never,
and the 10th of forever,
you sold us out to the thieves.
Until we dance, until, until we dance,
the wonders, they never cease.

All we ever wanted was a chance,
but they took the right to dance.
Taken from us, in bits and pieces;
and now we crumble,
now we fall
now we fall
into the distant reaches.
Track Name: Crystal
On a spacewalk gone wrong.
Lost my grip, hopelessly adrift.
Before it's too late
I'm in a crystal state.

The countdown is on.
Don't they know that I'm gone?
I fear that I'll be here
for one thousand years.

Release me.
Unfreeze me.
Will anyone come for me?

Release me.
Unfreeze me.
Will anyone remember me?

Slowly killing time,
while feeling so confined.
Preserved for a latter date
while circling through space.

Will they ever find me?
Wherever I may be?
Waiting, for someone to arrive,
only longing to survive.

Release me.
Unfreeze me.
There's so much more to see.

Release me.
Unfreeze me.
There's so much more left to be.

No better, no worse,
just another curse.
No overreaction,
just minimal distractions.

Crystal space.
Fractal life.
Frozen in place
in a crystal paradise.
Track Name: Dirty Werk
While deep in command line
the thoughts fly on by;
some slinky bassline
permeates my mind.

I'll be safely running,
I'll be quick and cunning,
you won't know I'm coming,
unauthorized.
(Unauthorized)

I'll be safely running
when I search for something,
I'll stop at nothing,
I'll never tire.
(Never tire)

It's dirty werk
to sit and lurk
through your life.
(Life)

While indexing your file
the thoughts fly on by;
some tropic shoreline
permeates my mind.

I'll be safely running
through a deeper function;
find a way to punch in
through the mire.
(Through the mire)

I'll be safely running,
my methods will be stunning;
parse through the mundane,
pass on by.
(Pass on by)

It's dirty werk
to sit and lurk
through your life.

While seeking sunlight
thoughts fly on by.
Some slinky bassline
permeates my mind.
Track Name: End of Line.
Running through circles;
I'm left to my own devices.
Chasing ghosts out of machines
to find out what it all means.

They can't see behind your eyes
so they can't imprison your mind.
We are all glass.
We will not last.

Always feeling the same;
I count every second.
Find warmth in the cold,
find a hand to hold.

They can't see behind your eyes,
so they can't imprison your mind.
We are all glass.
We will not last.

Fluorescent light sobriety
on the one-thousandth floor.
The corner office of my mind
opens unknown doors.

They can't see behind your eyes
so they can't imprison your mind.
We've reached another time.
We've reached end of line.

When you walk out those doors
they can't peer into your life.
Every time I step outside
the world has multiplied.

They can't see behind your eyes
so they can't imprison your mind.
We've been streamlined.
We've reached end of line.
